Jr. Youth Camp 2025 (ages 10 - 13)

Jr. Staff-

If you are 15 to 18, and want to help impact the life of youth towards Jesus you can register as an Jr. Staff. To get the link to register please email our administrator at info@covenantyouthcamp.com. You can also use this email for any questions you might have. All Jr. Staff will have Adult staff members overseeing their small groups but will be empowered and mentored to help lead and grow into leadership positions.

Adult Staff-

If you are 19 or older, and want to help impact the life of youth towards Jesus you can register as an Adult Staff. To get the link to register please email our administrator at info@covenantyouthcamp.com. You can also use this email for any questions you might have. All lesson plans, handbooks and other information will be emailed two weeks prior to the camp.

Registration and Refund Policy-

Thank you for being so interested in joining us for Covenant Youth Camp, a spirit and truth Messianic Christian youth summer camp hosted by hff.church. Your youth’s life will be impacted by growth in their relationship with Yeshua/Jesus and others like never before!

Each registration comes with a $50 non-refundable deposit that helps cover the administrative work necessary on the back end. By registering you are not guaranteed a spot until you are paid in full. We are limited in space at the campground, so this policy must be in place. The payment deadline is June 1st and any registrations still holding a balance after June 1st will incur a $50 late fee. A minimum payment of $200 is due by May 1st of every year to ensure you are still planning on attending. Any balances that are still outstanding after June 1st will incur a $50 late fee. All waivers, release forms, and medical information must be completed at the time of registration. The campground will not allow anyone without those documents on the campground. If you are 18 and over you can sign the contracts yourself but if you are under 18 legally your parents/guardians must sign the release forms. After May 1st there are no refunds. Any refund prior to May 1st is at the sole discretion of Covenant Youth Camp and will not include the $50 non-refundable deposit.

Confirmation Packet-

After registering you will receive an email to the email provided during registration. In that email are links to make future payments, your confirmation packet, and other key dates. You can click on the link and download the Confirmation packet to see all of our policies, theme nights, and what to bring to Camp. Please download this PDF and store it for future reference.

Staff Ages: 19 and up (REQUIRES APPROVAL TO REGISTER email: info@covenantyouthcamp.com)
Total Cost: $175

Included in your registration: Included in your registration: nightly lodging, all meals, all games and recreation activities, a t-shirt, and wristband.

We have limited capabilities of offering rides to/from the airport. There will be additional fees if we can shuttle your youth to/from the airport in OKC.
